Rachel brings 14 years of experience from her career in a Big 4 bank, where she spent most of her time managing high-performing teams. She has a sharp eye for the systems, processes, and structure that keep a business running smoothly, and she's passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both our clients and our team. Outside of work, Rachel is Laurence’s wife. She’s also a devoted mum who starts each day with her two essentials: a morning coffee and a peaceful walk to set a positive tone.
